Kutztown Borough Police Department Announces 2nd Annual Cops and Cabooses Community Day
Kutztown, PA — The Kutztown Borough Police Department will host its 2nd Annual Cops and Cabooses Community Day, a free, family friendly event designed to strengthen relationships between law enforcement and the community while celebrating Kutztown’s railroad heritage.

Free, family friendly, rain or shine
No registration required. Train departures will run as needed.
Cops and Cabooses provides residents with the opportunity to interact with officers in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The event will feature police vehicle and equipment displays, train themed activities, and opportunities for children and families to engage directly with members of the department.
The purpose of the event is straightforward: build positive connections, encourage open communication, and reinforce the department’s commitment to community focused policing. By creating an informal setting outside of emergency situations, the department aims to foster lasting relationships with residents of all ages.
Community members are encouraged to attend and bring their families.
