1753 Bachmann Publick House Expands Visiting Hours Starting July 31
Easton, PA — July 2025 — The 1753 Bachmann Publick House, one of Easton’s oldest and most treasured historic landmarks, is expanding its hours and days to welcome even more visitors eager to connect with colonial history.
Beginning Thursday, July 31, the 1753 Bachmann Publick House will be open to the public four days a week:
New Hours of Operation:
Thursday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Located at the corner of 2nd & Northampton Streets in downtown Easton, the 1753 Bachmann Publick House offers an immersive experience into 18th-century life. Visitors can walk the same floors that once echoed with the footsteps of John Adams, hear fascinating tavern tales, and explore one of the oldest surviving buildings in Northampton County. Friendly interpreters are ready to share the National Historic register structure with you and your family.
