SUMMARY:"It' All How You Look At Things" This Week on "A New Beginning" With Greg Laurie on WJCS 89.3 FM and at wjcs.org Mon to Fri 10/9-10/13
DESCRIPTION:Monday\, October 9\, 2023 \nIt’s All How You Look at Things \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGoliath was nine and a half feet tall! David…wasn’t! Talk about a giant-sized problem! Monday on A NEW BEGINNING\, Pastor Greg Laurie points out what to do when WE face giant-sized problems. It’s a lesson on having an eternal perspective\, and recognizing the providence of our God. Learn more Monday at 4:00 PM on WJCS 89.3 FM.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTuesday\, October 10\, 2023 \nOn the Outside Looking In \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Bible is candid in presenting a time when Moses saw his anger get the better of him. Tuesday on A NEW BEGINNING\, Pastor Greg Laurie helps us examine that sad chapter in the prophet’s life\, and what we can learn from it. Lessons on being “on fire” for Jesus\, and avoiding being “hot-headed.” Tune in Tuesday at 4:00 PM on WJCS 89.3 FM.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWednesday\, October 11\, 2023 \nOn the Outside Looking In \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n“To err is human\,” so the saying goes. Fortunately\, the saying finishes\, “to forgive Divine.” And Wednesday on A NEW BEGINNING\, Pastor Greg Laurie points out a life-changing error by Moses\, but how God forgave His servant. It’s a good lesson on bouncing back from failure\, Wednesday at 4:00 PM on WJCS 89.3 FM.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThursday\, October 12\, 2023 \nThe Power of One\, Part 1 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe know there’s strength in numbers. But there can be supernatural strength when a humble man or woman says yes to God! Thursday on A NEW BEGINNING\, Pastor Greg Laurie shows us how one man changed biblical history by saying yes to God. Lessons from the life of Moses\, Thursday at 4:00 PM on WJCS 89.3 FM.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFriday\, October 13\, 2023 \nThe Power of One\, Part 2 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBe sure to tune in Friday for A NEW BEGINNING. Pastor Greg Laurie points out how to follow in the footsteps of the man of God named Moses. It’s the finale to an in-depth study series called Water – Fire – Stone. Tune in for inspiring insight\, Friday at 4:00 PM. The museum features an outstanding collection of objects related to the establishment of the 18th-century Moravian settlements. This collection exemplifies the significant contributions Moravians made to music\, art\, education\, and culture in early America.
