SUMMARY:Nockamixon State Park Swimming Lessons
DESCRIPTION:Nockamixon State Park will once again be hosting swim lessons at the swimming pool. These sessions will be for young children who are non-swimmers and also sessions for children who already know how to swim and want to learn new skills or refine their skills. Each session runs for 8 days\, from 10-11 am. All sessions run from Monday througj Thursday\, unless otherwise noted. In case of inclement weather\, make up sessions will take place on Fridays. Register at 215-529-7300 option #6 Spaces are limited and are on a first-come-first-serve basis\, registrations must be pre-paid in advance at the park office. \nNon-swimmer sessions: June 11-14 & June 18-21    July 16-19 & July 23-26 \nSwimmer sessions: June 25-28 & July 9-12     July 30-Aug 2 & Aug 6-9 \n

SUMMARY:St Timothy Evangelical Lutheran Church - WOW Wednesdays
DESCRIPTION:The sixth annual Worship on Wednesdays begins on Wednesday\, June 13\, at 7:00 pm. This is a neighborhood gathering to hear some of the best Praise Bands in the Lehigh Valley. This summer’s bands include\, SWIM from Emmanuel Lutheran Church\, Bath who will kick off this years event. Other bands include Horizon Praise Band\, REZ Music Ministry\, The Patriotic Brass Band\, Remnant Sound Worship Band\, Glorious Day and West End Collaborative Church Choirs\, The Blend\, 10:10\, Calvary Moravian Church\, and Grace Notes Big Band. WOW concludes on August 22 with the annual Peach Festival and solo artist\, Bobby Siegfried. Bring a friend and a lawn chair. Refreshments will be served following the service. A free will offering will be taken to go to various mission programs selected by the bands.

SUMMARY:Nockamixon State Park - Summer Camps
DESCRIPTION:Coming up at Nockamixon State Park this summer\, summer camps for all ages! Junior Ranger Summer Camp Series is designed to help youth ages 5 to 19\, learn about the natural world through exploration. The series is broken into age categories and program length\, topic and cosy vary by age group.The goal of these camps is to allow youth to experience nature hands-on with others of the same age while nurturing a deeper connection to themselves and nature. Participants receive a shirt and certificate when program requirements are achieved. Costs: The camps are free of charge\, but a specific donation amount to cover costs of the camp is requested. All donations will go directly to the Friends of Nockamixon State Park to fund the camp\, as well as volunteer projects and efforts to improve our park and grow our education programs. Checks should be made out to “PPFF” with “FONSP” in the subject line. Please wait until your spot is confirmed to send the donation. \n Trailblazers Camp (Ages 17-19) July 16th to 20th (9 am to 3 pm) $50  Adventurers Camp (Ages 13-16) July 9th to 12th (9 am to 3 pm) $50  Explorers Camp (Ages 8 – 12) July 23rd to 25th (9 am to Noon) $25  Little Sprouts Camp (Ages 5-7) July 23rd to 25th (1 pm to 3 pm) **Enrollment is limited and pre-registration is required! Camps are filled “first come\, first served” based on the date the application is received at the center.
